Code Master by Think Fun

Code Master by Think Fun

We have reviewed so many great games from Think Fun. We are always excited to try a new one!

Code Master by Think Fun is our latest product to try.

What is this game all about?
From the Think Fun folks:
"The Ultimate Coding Adventure! In Code Master, your Avatar will travel to an exotic world in search of power Crystals. For all 60 levels, you’ll have to use programming logic to help your Avatar collect the Crystals and land at the Portal. Think carefully, in each level, only one specific sequence of actions will lead to success."

What was our experience with the game?

Well, like all the Think Fun games we have tried, I felt the pieces were made of quality materials. There are instructions inside to let you know how everything works. Our toddler is way below the level for this particular game, so we tried it out while she was napping this time.

It was a little more complicated than some of the games we tried before- and that is just fine for us! It is for ages 8 and up.

The man of the house jumped right to the hardest level of the game he could, and I took pictures for him.

You basically pick your level, and then set up the pieces on the correct page of the booklet. There are 60 levels, so there is a progression of complexity that teaches you how to visualize the correct sequence to get from the beginning to the end level.

The man of the house worked through his level 12 page in about a half an hour start to finish. He thought it was very engaging and interesting. Since he is pretty methodical and good at strategy games, I suspect a younger child would take a bit longer. But over time they will become as good as he is!

Overall, he really enjoyed the Code Master game from Think Fun. I was happy to see it was available at Target- so it is an easy one to get when you are out shopping:)

Thanks so much for letting us review this awesome game!
