Wholefood Multivitamin Review and Coupon

Wholefood Multivitamin Review

I was very happy to get approved to review the Wholefood Multivitamin

I took prenatal vitamins for years from before I conceived my daughter, through nursing her. I was in search of a new vitamin to replace the one I was taking, and hopefully a less expensive one. I also have a delicate stomach when it comes to vitamins, so I am pretty choosy. I have not been able to take the usual ones at the drugstore, but who wants those chemical laden pills anyway?

What is in the Wholefood Multivitamin?

A blend of 30+ vitamins & minerals:

  • Vitamin C, D, E, B-6, Folic Acid and Biotin
  • Digestive Enzymes, Green & Wholefood
  • Omega 3 & 6
  • Probiotic Blends
  • B Complex
  • Bioti
  • Iron
  • Zinc
  • Selenium
  • Manganese
  • Iodine (from Kelp)
  • Spirulina
  • Chlorella
  • Milk Thistle
  • Ginger
  • Echinacea
  • Korean Ginseng
  • Vegetable Cellulose
  • Silica.
  • Contains <2% of: Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
  • Contains milk and wheat ingredients.

What the vitamin does not have:

  • artificial color
  • artificial flavor
  • preservatives
  • sugar
  • fish

What was my experience with Wholefood Multivitamin?

I always take my vitamins at night, it seems I have less side effects that way, and it is also easier for me to remember to take them. Morning always ends up being so hectic for us!

I found the pills easy to swallow and they didn't make me burp. I really do have a hard time swallowing some pills, sometimes they come right out of my mouth! I had no issues here.

I did not have any heartburn or anything disruptive overnight. I did experience positive side effects. After a few days of taking this, I felt a little more zing in my step, a little extra something. I don't know what part of the vitamin did that but it was really nice. I was clearly short on something, and now I feel good!

I really appreciate that all the goodies are in just a few pills instead of a handful of them. The cost is pretty reasonable as well. Especially compared to the prenatal I was taking.. that was costing me over $40 a month, but it didn't give me issues.. so you know.

Overall, I am completely pleased with the Wholefood Multivitamin. Thanks so much for letting me try it out.
