Alpha Hydrox Foaming Face Wash Review and Giveaway

Sometimes we get a little grubby in Arizona and need a good product to clean off the grime- that turns out to be- Alpha Hydrox Foaming Face Wash.

I was given the following info about the product:

  • 6 fl. ounces
  • ph 6.3 (pretty close to neutral)
  • Gentle & non-drying formula
  • Used For all skin types
  • Maintains skin's natural moisture level
  • Gentle enough for even eye makeup removal
  • Contains Citric AHA
  • Fragrance, gluten, soap & oil-free for delicate folks like me

I decided to try it on another sweaty day in Phoenix and I was not disappointed.

I wetted my face and put a pea size amount of soap in my hand. I rubbed it around to try to get some foam going.

I have to say, that with our super hard water, no foam happened. There were a few bubbles. Foam is not really much of an indicator of usefulness to me, but if you are hooked on foam and have hard water, you may not get it.
Our water is VERY hard, so your results may vary.

I rubbed that all over my face and then rinsed it all clean. It came off very easily and I never felt any residue or stickiness like some face washes do.

I just felt clean.

I used the product for a few days to make sure there was no irritation or rashes. Not one! Since my skin is fussy sometimes, I was very pleased with this!

Overall- a nice product. The price on their site was under $8. This bottle will last me a while since I didn't need much to get good results, so that is a consideration!

Thanks so much to the folks who make  Alpha Hydrox Foaming Face Wash for letting me try this.

Now- they want you to try a bottle too! Enter the giveaway to snag your own!
