Attitude Diapers and Discount Package Review

I have been seeing Attitude products all over the net, and was anxious to try them out. I was asked to review a product by them, and I was pretty excited.

I was offered a free membership into their discount package, as well as a free product to try. I decided to try out the diapers, since the toddler was needing a pack for when we go out and about.

First off, the discount package gives the user a 40% discount off of the Attitude prices. It lasts for a year, so if you are going to be buying products on a regular basis, it is certainly worthwhile. The diapers we got were 11.99 for 22, which is comparable to other earth friendly diapers. They are renewable and biodegradeable.

Excited about diapers

I was not sure how they would fit, so I got the largest size. My daughter is about 30 pounds, but she is pretty long, so we often have trouble with coverage.

Compared to Seventh Generation diaper- size 6

Here are a few images of the diapers insides.

Nice strong velcro strips

A good fit

I felt like the diapers were about average in thickness and composition. They fit well and we didn't have any issues with the diaper coming off or shifting any more than we do with regular diapers. Since my daughter has kind of skinny legs, we did have a little gaping in the front leg area. (I played with the way I adjusted them a few times too.)

My daughter has some skin irritations with some disposable diapers ( and we use cloth at home) so we were a bit nervous on the first wear. She had no issues though.

We used almost the entire package of diapers, and I have to say, that she did have leaks on several days. However, we have been having this issue with all of our diapers. She is a heavy wetter sometimes and it seems sudden, so more frequent changes haven't helped.  We haven't really found a good solution yet. The diapers just get saturated too fast.

However, I think for the average baby this is not going to be an issue. We were pleased with the "poo capture" however. We have had issues with escapes in the past, but no issues there.

Overall, if you are looking for a good diaper that is earth friendly, this is one to try.

The Attitude website has wipes, soaps and cleaning products that are safe for a treehugger household. I saw a few nice items that I will be considering for future purchases.

The discount program has 3 levels to try- 20, 30 and 40% off.

The 40% plan is $24 a year and would pay for itself in diaper purchases alone!
They offer special deals on shipping throughout the year, so there is a real opportunity to save all the time.

Check them out and let me know what you think!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
